Privacy, in plain language.
Effective 5 September 2026. This notice explains how Acadine Intelligence handles the information you share on this website and through its contact channel.
What you share
The conversation widget asks for your name, your email address, the topic you choose and your message, so we can understand your enquiry and reply. It has no social or profile field.
The widget is not a newsletter sign-up. Please do not include passwords, identity numbers, banking details, health information or other sensitive information in a message.
Delivery and security
When you send a message, your browser sends those fields to a Cloudflare Worker that Acadine controls. The request also carries a one-time identifier that prevents duplicate processing, an empty anti-spam field and a Cloudflare Turnstile token.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks the request using network information that includes your IP address. The Worker also limits the number of requests per IP address. The stored contact record does not include your IP address.
Storage, notification and deletion
Accepted messages are stored in a restricted Cloudflare D1 database. The Worker sends one notification from websitenotify.acadine.me to infoacadine.me. A visitor cannot change either address.
Each stored message expires 180 days after it was received. A daily cleanup removes expired records.
If delivery fails
If the security check fails or the Worker rejects the request, the widget tells you that the message was not sent and nothing is stored.
If the message is stored but the notification cannot be sent, the widget also tells you that the message was not sent. The stored record expires on the same 180-day schedule.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have shared through the contact channel. Write to infoacadine.me and include enough context for us to find the conversation without sending sensitive information.
Measurement and service providers
Google Analytics 4 loads on every page to measure visits and aggregate engagement. This website does not use advertising trackers.
Cloudflare provides the contact Worker, the Turnstile security check, rate limiting, the database and the notification service. Google provides website measurement. Their own privacy information is at Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Google Privacy & Terms.
